USA DOT Certification:

Grand General submits pre-released safety lighting products to an independent United States testing laboratory that specializes in certification testing for Department of Transportation (DOT). Lights must pass all DOT required tests in order to obtain DOT Certificates for product release. Certificates are available upon request.
